€4 MILLION EU PROJECT AIMS TO ENSURE BETTER UTILIZATION OF THE AQUATIC RESOURCES

VIFU and DTU have together taken the initiative to start a new project which aims to optimize the utilization of sidestreams from aquaculture, fisheries and the fishing industry by developing new methods for producing ingredients for the food industry.
